This site uses Paypal to accept credit card payments. If you're not familiar with Paypal, it's a service that allows you to send money to anyone with an email address. Paypal deducts the money from your PayPal balance or charges your credit card. It's free and secure, and widely accepted on auction sites and online stores.

Special Orders

Need a special necklace for your favorite outfit? See something on the site that you'd like better in a different color? We can personalize items with a name or logo, or custom-design something just for you. Contact us for pricing and details.

Product Variations

Each item is individually hand-crafted, so there might be slight differences from the item pictured.

Large-Quantity Orders

Because all of our products are hand-crafted, we do not generally accept distributor orders or offer quantity discounts. If you need a large quantity (25 or more), please contact us before placing your order, so we can determine if we can fill your order in the requested timeframe.

Sending A Gift?

For a small fee, Crafty Goat will gift wrap any purchase. Just add the selected items to your shopping cart, and select the 'Gift Wrap' option on the Checkout screen. Use the 'Add Comments' text area on that screen to let us know if you have a special message for us to include with your gift, or if you have any other requests. You can also let us know if you'd like us to email you a picture of the wrapped gift before we send it to its recipient -- we understand you want to make sure it looks great!

Return Policy

You may return new, unused items by filling out our Returns Form within 3 weeks (21 days) of the item's shipment date. After reviewing your return request, we will send you additional instructions for returning the item.

In most cases, we offer a replacement or a refund of your purchase price. However, a full refund may not be available for items that show obvious signs of use. If the return is a result of our error (i.e., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also pay your return shipping costs.

Certain personalized items may not be returnable.
